SUMMARY: Hearing Examiner recommendation on a site-specific rezone from Low-density
residential (SF-3) to General Business (GB) of property located at 3915 Wheaton Way (200 feet west
of the right of way). The recommendation includes five (5) conditions to be imposed for future site
development.
