SUMMARY: The City and Kitsap County negotiated a written Agreement for the City to construct a
water main to serve the County's Central Communications Center Project as part of the City's West
650 Pressure Zone Transmission & Distribution Mains project. The Agreement specifies the roles
and responsibilities of the City and County with respect to the construction process and specifies that
the County will pay all design and construction costs for its segment of water main, including change
orders.
ATTACHMENTS: 1) Resolution; 2) Subject Agreement With Kitsap County; 3) Project Map
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): None; Construction management and inspection
of this water main can be accomodated within the existing West 650 Zone project budget.
