SUMMARY: The Public Safety Bond Issue incuded renovation of an existing pre-engineered metal
building for use as office space and vehicle storage for the police departmem. It will include
approximately 2,500 sfofoffice space and 2,500 sfofvehicle storage space.
ATTACHMENTS: Contract with Fischer General Comracting Inc.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $120,000.00 plus WSST. This project is part of
the Public Safety Bond Issue.
