SUMMARY: Change Order Number 1 for the project titled "Casad Dam Intake Tower Seismic
Brace Fabrication and Supply" eliminates unnecessary cyclic load testing and adds fabrication of
miscellaneous stainless steel components to the existing Contract with Star Seismic LLC. The total
change order amount is $88,363.01.
