SUMMARY: This agreement allows the City to use the Paladin Permitting System that is owned by
the County and resides on County hardware, operated by County staff.. The arrangement allows the
City full use of the system including the current link to the County Assessor records and furore links
to the County GIS at an annual cost of $20,000. The City will realize a significam saving in hardware
and so~ware acquisition and maintenance costs.
AI'YACHMENTS: Intedocal Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The anticipated proration of the $20,000 annual
fee is included in the Information Services 2003 budget.
