SUMMARY: Policies have been changed by the Council to expand the Citizen Advisory Committee
for Public Services allocation recommendations. The committee will now be made up of 5 citizen
members representing specific areas of the city as well as an at large member.
Public Services Committee Membership: The Mayor recommends the appointment of H.Emily
Moshay to the at-large position for the term ending 12/31/05; and Faye Flemister to a West Bremerton
position for the term ending 12/31/07. The other three citizen positions for Public Services are filled
by previously appointed members whose terms will end in 2006 and 2007.
