SUMMARY: Policies have been changed by the Council to create a separate Citizen Advisory
Committee for the Capital and Planning applications for CDBG funding. The Committee will be
comprised of 1 Councilmember appointed by Council President, 1 Planning Commissioner, appointed
by Commission President, 1 Member from the City at large, 1 Member from the West Bremerton
area, and 1 member from the East Bremerton area. The Mayor recommends appointment of Joyce
Davison as City member at large; Kyle Cruver as West Bremerton Ciitzen member; and Mike
Eversole as East Bremerton citizen member of the Capital and Planning Advisory Committee.

Large on the Capital and Planning CDBG Citizen Advisory Committee.
Move approval of Kyle Cruver as West Bremerton area representative on the Capital and Planning
CDBG Citizen Advisory Committee.
Move approval of Mike Eversole as East Bremerton area representative on the Capital and Planning
CDBG Citizen Advisory Committee.
