SUMMARY: The City has been awarded a Public Works Trust Fund Loan in the amount of
$475,000 for Design and Constuction of CSO Reduction Improvements for sewer sub-basin 12 in
Anderson Cove. The City also received a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan in the amount
of $1,055,700 for Design and Construction of improvements to increase flow of drinking water to
East Bremerton. These agreements are under the same terms and conditions as prior agreements.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funds would not be available for these two
projects.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move to approve Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan No.
01-65101-003, and Public Works Trust Fund Loan No. PW-03-691-004, and authorize the Mayor to
finalize and execute the loan agreements.
