SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton Police Department, using the authorized funding from the ! 10
Fund, is purchasing furnishings for the new Special Operation Group's building. The purchase price
using State Contract 02898 is estimated at $32,000.00. The furnishings include modular desks,
associated office furniture and room ensembles. These purchases will occur during the remainder of
2003 pursuant to BMC 2.76.600 (a) (2). The City is not required to seek competitive bids because the
purchase is through a State contract.
ATTACHMENTS: Contract Information
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): None. The Police Department has Fund ll0
spending authority for greater than the dollar amount needed in 2003.
