SUMMARY: The proposed agreement with Webcheck, Inc. will provide to the City of Bremerton
an electronic service for accessing lien and utility information for the benefit of title insurance and
escrow companies. This service will improve efficiency with which utility and lien information is
exchanged between the City of Bremerton and title insurance and escrow companies while generating
a new source of revenue for the City's General Fund for this search service.

B. Proposal from Webcheck, Inc.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The implementation of this service will generate a
new source of revenue for the City's General Fund estimated to be in excess of $60,000 annually.
