SUMMARY: Title 7 of the Bremerton Municipal Code was recently enacted to provide for updated
animal control enforcement. The proposed ordinance amends the provisions relating to animal
control in order to provide a more efficient and effective hearing process relating to animal control
authority decisions and to provide for other related amendments.
