SUMMARY: On 7/23/03, the City Council approved the 2004 CDBG Policy Plan, which included
CDBG rules and regulations, as well as the application/allocation process. Funding availability was
advertised on 6/11/03 and applications were accepted until 8/22/03. The CDBG Advisory
Committees reviewed the applications, conducted interviews and individually rated each application.
Attached are the Committee funding recommendations based on their scores.
