SUMMARY: By Resolution #2587 dated March 12, 2003, the city council authorized an interfund
loan in the amount of $800,000.00 to cover the cost of acquisition of real property for the siting ora
new fire station. The City subsequently purchased property at 811 Park Avenue for this purpose. The
cit~ has recemly completed negotiations for the final parcel necessary for the project located at 817
10m Street in the mount of $t01,000.00.
