SUMMARY: Publicworks and Utilities has budgeted to replace a backhoe in it's Stormwater
Division. The city of Richland has purchased a backhoe in 2003 that will fit our specifications. Staff
would like to enter into an Intergovernmental Purchasing Agreement with the City of
purchase off of this contract.
