SUMMARY: Change Order Number 2 for the project titled "Casad Dam Intake Tower Upgrades"
provides for augmention of the anchorage for the existing guide stem brackets. The work will be
completed on a time and materials basis plus markup. The estimated cost of the change order and
additional work is $80,000 plus sales tax.
