SUMMARY: The proposed ordinance reaffirms and expands blighted areas in downtown Bremerton,
designates a new area of blight for the Westpark and Anderson Cove areas, amends and modifies the
City's Community Renewal Project Area to include all of the designated blight area in the Downtown Core
and Downtown Waterfornt and further adds the Westpark area of blight and reaffirms, modifies and
amends the Community Renewal Plan for the Project Areas.
