SUMMARY: Bids were opened on M0nday,,Oc. tober 20, 2003 for the Reservoir 19-Standpipe
Repair & Seismic Upgrade. A total of nine (9) bids were received for the project (see attached Bid
Opening List).
The low bidder is T. Bailey, Inc. bom Anacortes, WA for the Lump Sum of $44,904.00.
The total contract amount, including Washington State Sales Tax, is $48,721.00.
ATTACHMENTS: Bid Opening List
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): None. The lump sum bid amount is within the
Water Fund Capital Budget listed under Reservoir Seismic Upgrades.
