SUMMARY: City Council approval is requested to hire Mr. Edwin T. Lever as Project Manager at a
salary of $$973.00 per month. This equates to Pay Band 15, Rate 6. Mr. Lever is being hired at this
rate because of his current pay as a City Civil Ensineer ~ which is $32.15 per hour. The requested
salary is within the 5% limit to ensure no loss of pay for current City employees.
