SUMMARY: The City has contracted with Diamond Parking Services for on-street and off-street
parking enforcement for the past five years. It is being proposed to continue contracting with
Diamond for these services. The hours of enforcement and overall scope of services remain the same
except security services for the parking garage and lots has been removed along with the associated
cost. The City will be managing security issues directly. The proposed renewal contract is for
$16,418 per month for 609 hours of enforcement with a 1% increase for year two.
ATTACHMENTS:
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The proposed contract amount of $16,418 per
month is currently budgeted for FY2004.
