SUMMARY: The proposed ordinance grants Puget Sound Energy, Inc. the right, privilege, authority
and franchise to install and maintain their Facilities within and upon the City's rights-of-way for
purposes of transmission, distribution and sale of energy for power, heat, light and any other purpose
for which energy can be used; and to charge and collect tolls, rates and compensation for such energy
and such uses.
