SUMMARY: The current provisions of the Bremerton Municipal Code do not provide adequate
provisions relating to the identification and removal of nuisance debris, property and utility facilities.
The proposed ordinance updates the provisions of Chapter 11.02 relating to nuisances in the right-of-
way including utility poles and facilities and further amends provisions relating to violations, appeals,
and enforcement of violations.
