SUMMARY: Sealed bids for the Howell Bringer Valve Repair Project were opened on November
13, 2003. One proposal was received for this project. Machinists Inc. was the lowest responsive,
responsible bidder with a bid of $20,267.80 (including sales tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The project is funded by a $127,500 DWSRF loan
and is included in the 2003 budget.
