SUMMARY: The City Council passed Fiscal Year (FY) 2003 City Budget ordinance (Ordinance
No. 4839) on December 11, 2002. Cer'min programs have been implemented and actions taken during
the year resulting in the need to amend revenues and expenditures within the 2003 City Budget
ordinance.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount):
This budget amendment is required to comply with the financial and budgetary provisions of
previously-approved measures by the City Council or due to unforeseen expenses. The fiscal impacts
