SUMMARY: This Supplemental Agreement No. 2 adds scope and budget to the Professional
Services Agreement with Exeltech Consulting, Inc., to allow for additional environmental and design
analysis of the alternatives for the Downtown Pedestrian/BTC Access Improvements project.
ATTACHMENTS: Supplemental Agreement No. 2
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Supplemental Agreement No. 2 increases the
maximum amount payable by $354,987.16, amending the total maximum amount payable to
$4,625,965.15. This project is in the 2004 Budget.
