SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "Anderson Creek Wellfield
Improvements" were opened on Jtme 9, 2004. The engineer's estimate for the project is $450,000.
Two bids were received for this project. Hokkaido Drilling, Inc. was the lowest responsive,
responsible bidder with a bid of $499,782.63 (including sales tax).
