4, SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
This ordinan~ adopts the Ci~'s 2003 Budget at the fund level as described in the Mayor's Prelimina~ Budget.

Motion to pass Ordinance No. g'/~3~adopting the 2003 Budget on second reading including an amendment to
"2003 BL[X~'I'" to change the Position Titles under the Department of City Council Fund
001-11 and the Pay Band to read as follows: "Council Liaison" is re-titled to
"Legislative Assistant", and "Legislative Assistant/Internal Auditor Assistant" is
re-titled to "Council/Auditor Assistant", and to change position title under Department
Auditor Fund 001/18 and Pay Band to read as 9. RESPONSIBLE OFFICIAL: Director of Finance
follows: "Internal Auditor" is re-titled ENFORCEMENTOFFIClAL: Mayor
to 'City Audi tor". EXPIRATION DATE: Dec. 31,2003
