4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
This Design/Build Construction Contract is for the project work through the construction phase of the
downtown conference center.
8. RECOMMENDATION:
Move to approve and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the Design/Build Construction Contract
between the City of Bremerton and OPUS Northwest LLC with substantially the same terms and conditions as
contained intheproposedagreement. And further to finalize and execute the ale rights sale
doeunents for the hotel and restaurant pads as a negotiated sale pursuant to Chapter 2.78
~ subject to approval of the City Attorney.
