4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION: This agreement
describes the Scope of Work, Approach, Fees & Schedule for a Preliminary Master Plan/Urban Design Study,
for the greater Anderson Cove area, Bremerton, Washington. Council action required is approval for the Mayor
to sign the agreement between the City of Bremerton, Bremerton School District, Bremerton Housing Authority
and Bainbridge Architects Collaborative.
5. RECOMMENDATION: Move to allow the Mayor to sign the agreement between the City of Bremerton,
Bremerton Housing Authority, Bremerton School District and Bainbridge Architects Collaborative preliminary
design for the greater Anderson Cove Preliminary Master Plan/Urban Design Study Scope of Work.
