On July 24, 2002, the City Council approved the 2003 CDBG Policy Plan, which included CDBG rules
and regulations, as well as the allocation process. Funding availability was advertised and applications
were accepted until 8/22/02. The CDBG Advisory Committee (Roy McInnis, Tina Davis, and Ron
Smith) reviewed the applications, conducted interviews and individually rated each application.
Attached are the Committee funding recommendations based on their scores.
Move approval of CDBG Advisory Committee recommendations for 2003 CDBG allocation.
