4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
This budget adjustment is required in order to accommodate the compensation requirements specified in the
Professional Services Agreement with Scott Alexander and Dan/I Matheny, which was previously approved on 24
April 2002. These requirements were dictated by Bond Council. The detay in preparing the accompanying budget
adjustment was due to the uncertainty surrounding the restaurant performance.
