4. SUMI~Y STATEMENT g_ND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
MacLeod Reckord provides planning and urban design services. This
contracf is for the development of a Concept Plan and Preliminary Master
Planning for the follow±rig areas: 1) Park/public areas south of F±rst
Street and west of the Ferry Term±hal (Mar±t±me Park); 2) Park areas west
of Pacific Avenue between Burwell and First Street (PSNS);
underground (ferry egress) tunnel from Transportation Center to Burwell
Street; 4) Waterfront area north of the Ferry Term±hal extend±rig to
Street; and 5) A corr±dor extending north from 6th Street to Evergreen
Park, across Warren Avenue bridget south to East Park and across the
Manette Bridge to Wash±ngton. Also ±ncluded ±s additional work related to
the Maritime Park.
