The Depa~'ll3,~t of Public Works and Utilities seeks approval of the attached quotation from Cummins
Nod, hwest Inc., to purchase a 400kW Diesel generator from the WA State Bid List. The submitted
quotation is for $55,241.00.

2. CLEARANCE COMMENTS:
Increased liability to the City, as the City will be unable to complete improvements to Pump
Station WB-3 in accordance with the CSO Reduction Plan and federal consent decree.
