4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
This Phase II schematic design agreement is for the project work through the schematic design phase of the
downtown conference center. This agreement follows the Phase I agreement, which related to pre-design site
analysis and work.
8. RECOMMENDATION:
Move to approve and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the Phase II Schematic Design Agreement
between the City of Bremerton and OPUS Northwest LLC with substantially the same terms and conditions as
