4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND RF~UIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTIONt
This is the Lease Agreement with Scott Alexander and Daryl Matheny for the Gold Mountain
Golf Complex. This Agreement is for five years and is to lease the driving range and a portion of the
clubhouse to operate it as a golf pro shop. Mr. Daryl Matheny, Scott's partner, has hecn added as a
signature on the agreement to ensure continuity of service in Scott's absence.

Mountain Golf Complex with Scott Alexander and Daryl Matheny.

5. IMPACT OF NON-PASSAGE:
The Gold Mountain Golf Complex would severely be interrupted. There would be no one to
operate the pro shop and driving range.
