Mr. Scott Alexander has been the Golf Professional at the Gold Mountain Golf Complex since
1984. During this time he and his staffhave contributed greatly to the overall success of the
Complex. Scott's selection in 1998 as the "Northwest PGA Golf Professional of the year" serves as
testimony to his abilities. Mr. Daryl Mathen~, Scott's Partner, has heen added as a signature on the
agreement to ensure continuity of service in Scott's absence. Daryl has been with Gold Mountain
since 1989. This PSA includes responsibility for operating the restaura~ lounge, and pavilion. Due
to the uncertainty regarding the ravenu¢ from this new facility annual openers are built into the
agreement for possible adjustment to ensure fairness.
