4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
Olsen & Olsen has been providing various legal services to Bremerton
Since December 2000. Six claims have been resolved by this
firm and one remains active. Additional expenditure authority
is needed to resolve that matter.
8. RECOMMENDATION:
Motion to approve the amendment to the professional services
agreement with Olsen & Olsen for an additional $50,000 with a total
not-to-exceed contract amount of $149.950.~-/-/~'A-~--~-~4~
