The pro~sed resolution ~11 provide intedm funding for the initial work on the Convention Center and related
imp~vements. The bedewing authority will be used on an "as needed basis" and will be dependent on the timing of
the proje~. The proposed budget adju~ment will provide expenditure authority nece~a~ to issue the loan and for
the use of loan pro~s on the ~nvention center p~je~.
