This agreement allows the City to contract with McGavick Graves for legal
services outside of the scope of the retainer by Letter of Engagement,
which establishes the scope of services and cost. The firm will bill on an
hourly basis with the total compensation for all cases capped at $50,000.
8. RECOMMENDATION:
Motion to approve Professional Services Agreement with McGavick Graves for
miscellaneous legal services.as assigned by the Mayor and Council.
