4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACT~:
This amending ordinance will incorporate all of the changes to the budge'which have been identified since the
beginning of the biennium. These changes have been presented to Council and reviewed in study session. Two
public hearings have been held to solicit input. This ordinance will adopt all of the presented mid-biennium changes
to the budget and will adopt the "Mid-Biennium Budget Review" document by reference.
