sup~'intend~t in ~difion to his over 5 y~rs as the Or~ns Supednt~ndent. The Compensation l~vel is consist~t with
the averages for similar positions in the w~t~rn region of the Unit~l States.

The Gold Mountain Golf Complex would not be maintained to the standards as set by the Gold Mountain Board of
Director and the Bremer~on City Council.

The compensation values identified in the Professional Services Agreemant are co~sistant with the financial model
associated with the Gold Mountain Golf Complex budget.
