Move to approve this Professional Services Agreement with Parametrix, Inc., in the amount of
$31,791.57, to ensure that final construction components are completed and closure of the construction
contract for Evergreen Phase II.

IMPACT OF NON-PASSAGE:
Paramctrix Inc., has the engineering and construction analysis expertise to ensure that final Evergreen Park
construction elements are completed as specified. Lack of passage will jcopardize completion of the
project.

Support for this project is absorbable within the authorized head count. No significant impact on staffing is
anticipated and there is sufficient funding available for this expenditure in Fund 112.
