4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
The Public Facilities District has included the City of Bremerton's
proposal for a Regional Conference Center at Sinclair Inlet on their short
list for funding. They have required a hotel/conference center/parking
garage feasibility study and a financial analysis. Ail to be complete in
no more than 90 days. The council recently approved contracts for the
hotel/conference center feasibility study and the financial review of the
entire project. This final contract with Berk & Associates is to conduct
the parking garage feasibility study.

Motion to approve contract with Berk & Associates to conduct the parking
facility feasibility study~
