PSE is requesting a grant for an easement at Well 21 for installation of their electrical facilities
in conjunction with the development of the City's new Well 21, located at Silverdele Mobile
Estates, which is City-owned property.
Move to approve the easement grant to PSE for the installation of electrical facilities in
conjunction with the development of the City's Well 21.
