This Change Order No. 02 is an eight (8) part change order for the overall additive cost of

The recommendation before City Council is the approval of this contract Change Order No.02 to
Porter Brothers Construction, Inc. in the additive amount of $59,695.71
$. RECOMMENDATION:
That City Council authorizes and directs the Mayor to approve Change Order No. 02 and make
p~yable to Porter Brothers Construction, Inc., in the amount of $59,695.71 subject to City
Administrative Policies and Procedures.

9. IMPACT OF NON-PASSAGE:
The new Gold Mountain Clubhouse could not be completed. Enclosing the Banquet
Pavilion will allow the Golf Course to rent and use the facility year round.

RESOURCES:
No significant impact on staffing is anticipated. Sufficient funding is available for these
expenditures in Fund 407.
