4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
This contract provides for day-to-day legal counsel for the Mayor, City
Council and staff. The Contractor will have an attorney available at City
Hall every Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. through the conclusion of the
Wednesday night Council Meeting. Other meetings will be scheduled as
needed. The majority of staff contact will be by electronic means.
8. RECOMMENDATION:
Motion to approve~ contract with McGavick Graves in the amount of $8,000
per month for legal services.

corporate work.
