The ~be~sons Text ~endment Application PL01-0008~oposes a Zoning Code text amendment to change the
parking ratio for Food Store, Markets, and Supermarkets per BMC 21.02.670(b) and Figure 670(b).
The Planning Commission has reviewed this proposal, conducted a public hearing and adopted Findings &
Conclusions at their July 17, 2001 meeting, and recommends City Council approval. The Council must conduct
public hearing prior to its final decision and action on the proposed Ordinance.
