Callow Avenue after the owner, Lois Ro~, failed to do so as ordered. The property has beeu n~ed for the
mannfaeture of m~humphetraines and is hazardous to the public. The eost of the work, ineludiog
administrative fee~, totul~d $1~.$-3¢~ Conneil must now decide if the fees are just and reasonnble, and

RECOMMENDATION:
I move that Council, by Re~olntion # ~o2'7., order that the fee~ incurred for securing the house
and gumge io~ated at 1935 N. Cnllow Avenne I~ coll,'ted us reasonable abatement eo~ts and become a
