4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
The Audit Committee wishes to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the firm of Miller &
Miller Consulting Services to provide a management review of the Public Works & Utilities Department.
Miller & Miller Consulting Services was successful in reviewing the Administrative Services
Department with process improvements. The Audit Committee therefore recommends the approval
of this Professional Services Agreement with Miller & Miller Consulting Services for an amount not to
exceed $38,000.
Move to approve Professional Services Agreement with Miller & Miller Consulting Services for review
of the Public Works & Utilities Department for an amount not to exceed $38,000.
