On May 8, 2001, Public Works removed garbage and debris from the property located at 1111 -
9* Street, after the owners, Micheal and Jenel Rosenquist, failed to do so as ordered. The cost of the
work, including the administrative fees, totaled $935.23. Council must now decide if the fees are just and
reasonable and how they should be collected.
RECOMMENDATION:
I move that Council, by Resolution # ~ ~'~'-, order that the fees incurred for the abatement of
garbage and debris located at 1111 - 9th Street be collected as restsonabie abatement costs and become a
lien against the property.
