4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
The City has been awarded a Public Works Trust Fund (PWTF) Loan for Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000).
This loan provides partial funding for construction of the Manette CSO Treatment Plant. The request before the
City Council is to approve the PWTF Construction Loan Agreement No. PW-01-691-007.
8. RECOMMENDATION:
Move to approve Public Works Trust Fund (PWTF) Construction Loan Agreement No. PW-01-691-007 for partial
funding of the Manette CSO Treatment Plant, in an amount of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000), and authorize
the Mayor to execute the same.
